About us
The objectives of the Echocardiography and Cardiac Imaging Working Group of the Swiss Society of Cardiology include:
(a) to promote the knowledge of members in echocardiography and in the other cardiac imaging techniques
(b) Support of research projects in general
(c) maintaining relationships with other echocardiography and cardiac imaging societies (MRI, CT, scintigraphy societies)
(d) To represent the interests of practicing cardiologists in Switzerland who are involved in cardiac
with cardiac imaging
with cardiac imaging
(e) to make recommendations regarding quality control, tariffs, standardization of equipment, postgraduate education and training.
